Or: Select “Use Telephone” in the Audio pane (in your control panel in the webinar) and you will see a list of numbers to dial in to the webinar.

Yes you will receive credit. For example, you attended a webinar on December 12, 2013, and decide to become an Annual Plan subscriber on Jan. 5, 2014: We will make your Annual Webinar Plan subscription start at the day of the December webinar and credit the amount paid for the December webinar towards your payment for the plan. Your subscription will be valid from December 12, 2013 until Dec. 11, 2014.

Can we get Certificates of Attendance?

Yes, a few days after the webinar you will receive a link where you can fill in and download ONE certificate of attendance per registration.

I need a receipt. Can you send it to me?

After your registration you will receive an email confirmation with your receipt.

This is the first time I attend. How can I test if the software works?
